A film came few years back - 3 idiots - people liked it ( in fact a lot- as the film earned liked anything) but how many of us has actually understood the message on it.
I think if I am not wrong the message was that every child or human has their own talents and they all should be given the chance to explore their own talents rather than running for some thing their parents want and they don't .. I have heard many times people saying that what if Sachin Tendulkar was asked to become an Engineer..He would have never known in this world ...He wouldn't be able to show his talent in the form of cricket to this world.
I don't understand the concept of "Naukri" - beta padh lo acchi Naukri lagegi---1st, there is nothing in our courses that helps in our Jobs..
Our courses are not that practical... they are more theoretical .They helps us more in understanding how many war happened which will even not help us in becoming some
good Yodhha..I am not against study but I am focusing more on advancing our courses which helps us in understanding more about experimenting our future life rather than reading some past stories and Even if stories has to be their than it should be helpful in making our own successful stories.
Life teaches everyone their own philosophies, their own rules , their own desires ,their own footsteps and everything but there are many parents against those desires who will enforce their kids to follow "their desires" and that to following their footsteps.-"Mein apne bacche ko Engineer banana chahta hun"- Why ? "Are meri sister ka beta bhi Engineer hai aur bahot kamata hai...Is money everything..Yes off-course Money is everything because my son have studied to do a Naukri and I have invested on him so he has to take care of my nose and make him earn better than my sister's son ... after-all there is high competition between relatives :)
The competition sucks the life of son - he took admission in Eng college ..got placed after 4 years -and now sitting in some company thinking that what he has done to his life.
Chalo ye to Engineering thi jo - can be managed by studying one day before Exams even if not interested but there are cases where kids are forced to do medicals which is not that Easy and students in-spite of challenging their parents expectations ..End up challenging their breaths.
The question is why not In India - kids are allowed to live their life with their own taste .
The answer is not that simple - as India is densely populated and there is run for everything ..Even If I have talent I wont be recognized and the fear of that forces every parent to choose something safer for their kids..
When A kid is admitted to school they know just books - they do-not know sports, they do not know music, painting crafts or anything else.. they just know books,, and after few years when they realize that they have some other interest they have to start that interest with zero..
and that is A risk and question Mark on the kids future.. so a kid is never allowed to follow their interest but they are forced to follow some simple Naukri Funda.
So if we push it back - our Education System needs to be more advanced so that a kid can explore their interest in their Early lives and can write their own successful stories instead of just thinking about Sachin Tendulkar story.
I believe ,We in India have many talents which needs to be crawled out of the box and in result can generate more jobs , more aspirations , more confidence and less dependability on some MNCs .

Every kid is a star -and has their own shine let them shine with their own talents , with their own spark and than you can see India Shining with different colors and
than you can say that we are free and independent because today we are still dependent and will continue to be dependent unless we don't realize our own values and
our talents.
These MNCs big multies will continue sucking the life of every alternate individual..with giving in re-turn some bugs.
